Becoming a client

Many people are put off by the prospect of changing accountants, but it needn’t be painful. We offer a free initial consultation for every client, whether face to face or by phone.

If you are changing to a cloud accounting package we will complete the set up process and input your opening balances for you. If you are already using one then you simply invite us to be a user.

We will liaise with your existing accountants if you have one, to ensure as smooth a transition as possible.

After our initial contact and consultation we will send you a proposal and an engagement letter. This is done digitally via our client portal. Our client portal is where we exchange documents with you and you will be able to e-sign and approve your accounts and returns once they are prepared, thus making the whole process as smooth and efficient as possible for you. Our client portal is always SSL secured, meaning that your data is encrypted at all levels of data exchange and CloudFlare for DNS and DDOS are utilised for protection. The database is automatically backuped multiple times per day.

Our fees

We generally work on a fixed monthly fee, which includes unlimited phone and email support in relation to the services for which we are engaged.

We have a range of packages, all of which can be tailored to your specific needs whether you are a limited company, sole trader, contractor or landlord.

Our monthly package fees are based on you becoming a client at the beginning of your financial year. If you are part way through your financial year there will be a one off catch up payment due. This does not however apply to the additional services such as bookkeeping and payroll, provided your records are up to date.
