Packages from £25 per month + VAT

Your package of services will be tailored to your individual requirements. You can select from the packages outlined below, but we would be happy to discuss any combination of options not listed here.

Limited Companies

  1. Completion of your annual statutory accounts and filing at Companies House.
  2. A detailed profit and loss account and balance sheet.
  3. Preparation and submission of annual corporation tax returns.
  4. Completion and filing of annual compliance statement at Companies House (including Companies House filing fees)
  5. Maintenance of register of people with significant control
  6. Completion and submission of quarterly VAT returns.
  7. Email and telephone support throughout the year.
  8. Annual Self Assessment Return for one director.
  9. Payroll for one director.
  10. Dividend documentation support.
  11. Management of all HMRC correspondence.
  12. Option to use our offices as registered office

From £45+VAT per month

Based on you providing a trial balance and analysis from your chosen accounting package or spreadsheet analysis.

Additional services include:

  1. Bookkeeping (we enter all your invoices, payments and receipts onto the accounting system for you). You will receive monthly profit and loss account and balance sheet statements.
  2. Self assessment tax returns completed and filed for additional directors.
  3. Payroll, including RTI returns for additional employees.
  4. Online cloud accounting software (Xero) giving you access to your accounts and ledgers anytime, anywhere, from any device.

Fees are dependent on the size of the business and the number of employees. You can build your package using the table of monthly fees below. Alternative payment options are available.

Sole Trader

  5. Management of all HMRC correspondence.

From £25+VAT per month

The above limited company and sole trader packages are based on monthly budget payments by standing order.

Becoming a client

Many people are put off by the prospect of changing accountants, but it needn’t be painful. If you are using a cloud accounting package we will complete the set up process and input your opening balances for you.

We will liaise with your existing accountants to ensure as smooth a transition as possible.

The basic fees above are based on you becoming a client at the beginning of your financial year. If you are part way through your financial year there will be a one off catch up payment due. This does not however apply to the additional services such as bookkeeping and payroll, provided your records are up to date.
