Limited Company: £50 + VAT, this price includes the formation of your company, the Companies House filing fee, electronic certificates of Incorporation, electronic Memorandum and Articles of Incorporation and share certificates.
Company Limited by Guarantee: £90 + VAT, this price includes the formation of your company, the higher Companies House filing fee, electronic certificates of Incorporation, and electronic Memorandum and Articles of Incorporation.
Sometimes when setting up a company with others, it may be a bit more complicated. Once you’ve got in touch with us, we’ll send you a short and simple form for you to complete. This will enable us to form the limited company for you. Once we’ve formed your company, you’ll then receive your electronic certificates of incorporation, electronic Memorandum and Articles of Incorporation and share certificates.
Once we’ve received your completed information form, we’re usually able to form your company within 2 working days.
Yes, if you choose to sign up to one of our monthly accounting packages, you’ll be able to use our company address as your registered company address. This means that although your address will still be submitted to Companies House, it won’t be visible to anyone online and will remain confidential.
